Utah, We Love Thee!

This Spring Mom and I drove out West and we had some great adventures. We drove out to see Shelly and Benjamin and to go to General Conference. We had such a wonderful time. We saw Conference, went to the Bookstore, we tooled around Temple Square and saw the Joseph Smith Movie and The Testaments, which is wonderful! I recommend it to everyone. We stayed with Aunt Sandae and I was able to see Ashley and the girls. On the way home we stopped in at one of those "overlook" points and it was a place called "San Rafeal Swell," It was gorgeous, we then drove to Manti and went to the temple there. Manti became my favorite of all the temples I've been to. It is beautiful. The next day we went to Moab and climbed to the Delicate Arch, it was hot and long, but so worth it. We then drove all night made it somewhere past Vail, CO. It was crazy to be in the desert and the snowy mountains all the the same day. The road was a little treacherous at times but we sure had fun.

"Land of the mountains high, Utah, we love thee,
Land of the sunny sky, Utah, we love thee!
Far in the glorious west, throned on the mountain's crest,
In robes of statehood dressed, Utah, we love thee!"
