Wednesday Weigh In

Drum roll please.....think Griswold family Christmas, Grandpa style....

I don't care if it's just water weight it still makes me happy!

The Good(s):
  • I've been walking 2.75 miles every week day with Lucy.
  • I've been doing light weight lifting...(see how many reps I can do during this commercial break)
  • I've been able to overcome the night time munchies by having one night a week where it's okay-Thursday. And having something really good to look forward to, like this Thursday it's a Chocolate Raspberry smoothie.
That's all...there really wasn't a "bad," this week. Doesn't mean there won't be, I just had a good week.

Way to go! I love the idea of having one night a week to eat a treat. I will try to stop the snacks and then up going to town on the weekends because I missed them so much. Keep up the good work!
