Quite Contrary.

We finished putting in the garden this weekend. We planted tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, pumpkins, zuchini and eggplant. I am looking forward to working in the dirt and especially the harvest. This is our "trial" year so we'll see what happens but we're excited at the prospect. The kids were fascinated by the idea of the manure. You mean it's good for the garden??

Calvin: "How are we going to keep Nala out of the garden?"
Me: "Hm, I don't think she'll bother it."
Calvin: "But sometimes she comes back here and manures."

Another reason to look forward to the fall.
