Better than Debbie

This Summer, I was reaqquainted with one of my favorite school-lunch treats.  The Little Debbie's Oatmeal Creme Pie.  They remind me so much of sitting in the St. Pat's lunch room.  Almost as much as Country Time Lemonade from the can...I think I drank one every day.  Healthy stuff.  Anyway-I figured I could find a copycat recipe and I came across one with reviews boasting that they were even better than the processed version.  I was skeptical.  I've tried copycat recipes before, like the Olive Garden breadsticks and salad, The Outback Steakhouse croutons, and Buca Di Beppo's Frutti Di Mare.  They've all been good, but never better than the original.  These Oatmeal Creme Pies however, really measure up, and then some.  They are way better than the original.  When I saw the ingredients for the filling-I smiled and realized why I must love them so much-Marshmallow Cream.  The recipe I used can be found @ Food.com
