For dinner tonight...

You guys will tell me when you're tired of seeing food, right?  No, you're too polite for that?  Good...cause I'm gonna keep cooking, and you can bet I'm going to keep taking pictures of the food, and posting them here for you to see.

Remember when I posted about how much I loved zucchini in Italian food?
Well tonight, I made Mel's Skillet Summer Vegetable Lasagna.
It's super easy and super yum.

The only thing I changed from her recipe was the basil, I didn't have fresh, so I used 1 T dried basil, and I also used a 1/2 t dried oregano cause I love oregano.  And, I didn't dollop on the rest of the ricotta, I just mixed it all in.  Enjoy!

MMMMMMM.... Looks so tastey! I am seriously craving that. I'll have to see WHEN I can start to have dairy! This just looks too good to pass up!
