I have a backlog of recipes to share with you.  I'll share a few at a time in order to stretch out the posts.

I've always wanted to try making my own tortillas and thought I needed a tortilla press, but after seeing PWs tutorial and how thin she rolled them, I thought I could do it. I used half whole grain oat flour and shortening instead of lard.

I loved this soup, Tony loved this bread.  I really like spicy peanut sauce and sweet potatoes.  At first I thought this sounded like a weird combo but it is delicious.  The bread is a copycat recipe for Outback bread and Tony said it's his favorite that I've made.  I didn't have any rye flour so I substituted Graham flour which is just a course whole grain.  On a side note, soup is difficult to photograph.
