Tony makes the best spaghetti, so I asked him to make some to go with a recipe I had been eyeing in my new America's Test Kitchen Cookbook.

They turned out so great.
Here's a free version of the recipe.

Deep dish pizza, cooked in a cast iron skillet.
The pizza turned out good, but I know it can be better.  I'm going to play around with this recipe some more and get back to you.
