St. Patrick's Day

I made some green cookies for the lucky 'foilers.

Corned Beef Hash.
I made Jigg's dinner and it was my best.  I wish I could say it was complicated and I slaved over the stove but I bought the brisket all ready to go, and on sale!
I put it in the crock pot with the seasoning packet and some water and after six hours on low it was perfect.  I could have probably eating the entire three pounds myself but I had to share with my husband and kids and I managed to save a tiny bit to make hash the next morning.
Yum, yum, yum.
